So Boss not only shared his view on family education and also the experience of establishing and operate i Dance. He also shared how he insisted on designing the popular dance course and how i Dance helps members to keep fit and develop self-confidence. Catry also shared how dance can tone the body and his most unforgettable moments at i Dance.

Catry taught the hosts, Margie Tsang, Queenie Chu and Cilla Kung some simple dance steps experiencing the fun of i Dance. He also shared his daily diet and dance rountines to keep fit.
