TRX, our new course, is coming in November.

Total Body Resistance Exercise, TRX, is a kind of hanging exercise using the whole body resistance, and your own weight to exercise different muscle groups. Since you need to use a lot of deep muscles to stabilize the body, such as the core muscles, thighs, and arms, it can make you sweat, burn fat, and improve muscle lines.
